O CUISINE is a female-owned and operated culinary studio and private dining space in New York City, created and led by Chef Anne Margaret O’Hare.

In our brick-and-mortar location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, O CUISINE offers an intimate private dining space, customized private dining experiences and group cooking classes. Chef O’Hare also offers boutique catering and private chef services across the tristate area.

Catering and private chef menus are heavily influenced by Chef O’Hare’s experiences in Michelin-starred kitchens throughout France and the Basque Country.  Our ingredients are locally sourced prioritizing organics.
O CUISINE works closely with small farms in the Hudson Valley and New Jersey to provide produce and meat that is sustainably harvested and raised. When seafood is on the menu, only wild-caught varieties are sourced.


We honor the produce and the animals we source and the farmer’s who raise them by using the whole product. Packaging materials used for catering are biodegradable, recyclable, and planet-friendly. All food scraps are tossed into our much-loved compost bin and in the kitchen, we don’t mess around with toxic cleaners and kitchenware.
